Excellent game, truly a classic with tons of content thanks to the custom diseases and disease types. Docking a star though for still having micro transactions for disease types. If I may make a suggestion, have a free version with all micro transactions. But overall, fantastic game, the first of its genre and hours of endless fun.worth the money
